At Red Coral, design leads the way. Since 2007, we’ve partnered with elevated womenswear brands to craft collections that balance artistry with wearability — from hand-embellished eveningwear to chic daywear and effortlessly luxe resort styles. Our collaborative development process, trend-driven aesthetic, and sharp attention to detail have earned us long-standing relationships with leading labels across Europe and the U.S. With the ability to scale production seamlessly, we turn design vision into beautifully executed garments — with consistency, creativity, and care.

The Founders

Red Coral began as a shared dream between Sonia and Dhananjay — two industry veterans who had spent years navigating the world of apparel manufacturing and sourcing. From factory floors to fashion showrooms, they saw first-hand how often the needs of premium womenswear brands were lost in translation.

Determined to change that, they set out to build something different — a design-led, detail-obsessed, and deeply collaborative manufacturing partner. Red Coral is their labor of love, a company where passion meets precision. To this day, Sonia and Dhananjay remain fully involved, working alongside their team to deliver fashion that feels as good as it looks — season after season.

What We Do

Design & Product Development Co-Creation

At Red Coral, design is a dialogue. We constantly scan global fashion weeks, catwalks, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve. Our in-house team proactively develops mock-ups featuring intricate techniques such as hand beading, embroidery, threadwork, cornelli, cutwork, pleating, and pintucking — offering clients a creative springboard for their collections.

Our dedicated fabric team sources an evolving range of sustainable and premium materials — from organic cotton and Ecovero™ viscose to linen, recycled polyester, modals, and bespoke blends. We thoughtfully pair technique and textile to meet aesthetic goals and targeted price points.

What We Do

Sampling & Production

Fit is everything in women’s wear — and we take it seriously. Our team uses advanced Optitex pattern-making software to ensure precision from the start, avoiding the inconsistencies of manual patterns. Embroidery and beading designs are developed digitally using CorelDRAW, allowing detailed visualization and faster approvals.

From initial sample to full-scale production, every step is guided by accuracy, speed, and technical finesse. Our production setup is agile and scalable, enabling us to meet the evolving needs of both emerging labels and established global brands — with unwavering quality and attention to detail.
